You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, for a refund. You pay the return postage using a tracked service and no handling or restocking fee applies. We do not offer direct exchanges, so return the item for a refund and place a new order. None of that applies if the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong: tell us, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and we put it right at our cost, return postage included.
